Erik Mjoen Erik Mjoen is a Senior Search Consultant and Managing Director of Cesab’s San Diego office (Cesab International, Inc.) focusing on technology recruiting primarily within wireless/telecommunications, semiconductors, enterprise solutions, and software. Erik started Cesab’s US subsidiary in 2000 and manages the US operations. Erik works closely with both public corporations and start-up companies, helping them build world class teams in Southern California, the larger US and Europe. From 2002 to 2008 he was on the Board of Directors for the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce in San Diego and Tijuana where he most recently served as a Vice President. Erik holds a Bachelors Degree in International Business with a minor in Economics from Western Washington University. |

Chris Petros Chris Petros has been a Technology Recruiter with Cesab International since 2007 specializing in researching, identifying, and attracting qualified candidates for highly technical engineering positions. Prior to Cesab he was with GKN Aerospace in Burbank. Chris is completing his Bachelors of Science Degree in Aerospace Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from the University of California, San Diego. |

Anne Liljenstrand, Ph. D. Anne Liljenstrand is a member of the Board of Directors for Cesab International, Inc. She serves as a consultant in the areas of executive coaching, organizational and psychological assessments, team development, and design and implementation of custom programs. Anne has worked with clients across a broad range of industries, including: Hi-tech/IT, Engineering, Financial, Consumer goods, Logistics/ Freight, Governmental agencies, Healthcare, and Biotech. She is also an adjunct faculty member and a certified feedback coach for The Center for Creative Leadership. She is a licensed psychologist and holds experience from clinical work in a private practice setting. Anne holds a Dual Ph.D. in Clinical and Industrial Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. |

Gunnar Berglund Gunnar Berglund has been a Senior Search and Selection Consultant with Cesab Executive Search since the company’s inception in 1985 and now also serves as CEO for Cesab in Sweden. Gunnar’s extensive career and professional background spans a wide variety of industries. Before joining Cesab he spent 5 years at Samhall Formel as Manager of Human Resources. Katarina Stehn Katarina Stehn holds a degree in Business and Economics from the University of Luleå with additional training in Education and Employment Law. She has an extensive and accomplished career spanning a variety of industries including Financial and Human Resource Management as well as Executive Leadership positions with companies such as Öhrlings PWC, Norrbottens Lantmän and Plannja AB. She is senior search consultant with Cesab with responsibility for recruiting and leadership development. |

Märith Blomstam Marith Blomstam is the Office Manager at Cesab’s Swedish Headquarters where she manages IT, Finance and Business Operations. She has been with the company since 1987. Prior to Cesab Märith worked as an Executive Assistant at Swedish Steel AB, in addition to several years of experience within administration and financial management for the insurance company, Swedish Security Council. Märith holds an Executive Secretarial Degree with additional emphasis in English and Sociology. |

Helena Forsgren Helena Forsgren has been a Senior Researcher with Cesab Executive Search since 2001 and is responsible for candidate management, identification, and correspondence as well as other administrative tasks. Helena has many years of experience within education. In addition she has worked as an Educational Consultant, Career Counselor, and Project Manager responsible for several key initiatives. Helena holds a Degree in Education with additional graduate level coursework and certifications within project management, career management, psychology and sociology. |

Christer Liljenstrand Christer Liljenstrand is the Founder of Cesab Executive Search AB which he started in 1985 and served as the company’s CEO until 2006. He sits on the Board of Directors for Cesab International and is still involved in executive search and selection. Before building one of Sweden’s premier top management recruiting firms, Christer held several executive positions with the national insurance company Swedish Security Council such as Regional Director and Divisional Director with responsibility for national operations. His extensive experience also includes 5 years as head of the human resource department at Swedish Steel AB and 4 years at the human resource company, PA-rådet. Christer has been a Licensed Psychologist since 1973 and is an active pilot. He serves on the Board of Directors of several privately held companies. |

Carina Söder Sandberg Carina Söder Sandberg is a licensed psychologist and has extensive experience as an organizational psychologist within the state employment agency as well as a psychology consultant within private industry involving assessments, resource analysis, workers compensation and rehabilitation, career planning, therapy and coaching. Carina also has experience from managing and running her own company. Carina is Cesab’s selection and leadership consultant based in Stockholm. |
