Cesab is an international recruiting firm that has been providing high quality search and selection services since 1985. Cesab International provides specialized technical and management recruiting services with a concentration on high technology. We are particularly active in the areas of wireless, semiconductors, software and enterprise solutions. Our recruiting efforts extend vertically in these industry segments from the engineering level to covering sales, marketing, operations, engineering management and executive level positions. With offices in San Diego, CA and Scandinavia, we are able to leverage our network and experience to effectively match clients with highly qualified candidates both locally and internationally.
History
Cesab was founded in 1985 by Christer Liljenstrand as a high quality executive search firm in Northern Sweden. The company (Cesab Executive Search AB) quickly grew into one of Sweden’s premier search and selection firms with a large and diverse customer base which includes companies and organizations in both the private and public sectors. In 2000 a US office was established (Cesab International, Inc.) to focus on the information technology industry and leverage the strong synergies that exists between the hi-tech economies of North America and Scandinavia. Today we serve our clients from offices in Sweden and Southern California offering search, selection and leadership development services.
